What was the highlight of Hotel Borgo Don Chisciotte
Great luxury hotel though ashamed of the maids.
One of the largest pools and largest area of all hotels. The parking is so convinced as the car could be parked at the side of your room. There are plenty of shopping apparel in the area . AG supermarket with the least prices. The oak furniture and marble floor are luxurious. It wasn't our first time there. We've been there several times.
The cleanliness is poor, the lobby should be shining, it got dust all over. The chandeliers are so nice yet are dusted and the surrounding needs a good cleansing with a hoover from all the leaves. The window glasses full finger marks and opaque not clean. Who cleanses our floor should be dismissed from work. The floor was clouded opaque cleaned with dirty water and furniture wasn't polished It's a shame a great hotel with all the luxury not spotlessly cleaned. There are lots out there who want to work The breakfast should be a little better than it is. Just some tomatoes and scrambled eggs added to the sliced cheese and ham. Especially when there will be European guests outside Italian guests as they won't have continental breakfast. The cleanliness instead of improving especially in furniture and glass is going worse.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely use this again in the future
Cleanliness and staff friendliness were impeccable. The room is a bit dated but all things are functional and super clean. Nice fresh towels every day and the floors are cleaned daily too. Parking was great. I could park my car outside my apartment. The location is on the outskirts of Modica, taking only a few minutes to commute to the city center.
1st surprise we had was that the pool was not free. They requested €20 pp per day. For 3 days they requested €180 then discounted it to €150. The pool and pool area are nice, but some pool tiles are missing. 2nd surprise was the poor breakfast. Only hard-boiled eggs, ham, cheese and bread were available apart from a nice variety of cakes. Aircon is centrally controlled by the receptionist, so each time you need to adjust, you need to call the staff. Internet was interrupting all the time.
